Based on our expertise in product handling, Kahle has become the ideal partner for Transfer and Loading Systems for inter-machine buffering, Packaging Machines, or Component Printing Machines. From star wheels, air assisted loading and gravity chutes to indexing chains, pick and place units and Robots, Kahle can employ a variety of techniques to meet your loading needs. Our Transfer and Loading Systems can be designed to meet any output requirements. Kahle offers our own Kahle Vibratory Transfer Systems or Rope Conveyor in any number of buffer friendly shapes, depending on your space requirements and buffer time requirements.
Our integrated lines are completely automated through the use of Rack and Pallet Transfer Systems to provide for inter-machine buffering. This transfer method allows an operator to address a situation on one machine without shutting down the entire line, thus maximizing efficiency and product output. The Rack and Pallet Transfer Systems also supply parts to a Packaging Machine, where a Robot or Pick and Place Unit can load the pockets of the Packaging Machine to form a completely automated line.
