The Kahle High Speed Continuous Motion Syringe Assembly Machine, the gold standard of syringe assembly machines, can be designed to assemble both standard three and four part syringes and many of the safety syringe designs. Kahle's proven technology for the continuous motion dispensing of fluid within the Syringe Barrel, combined with Kahle's torque controlled assembly of the luer lock needle, has made Kahle the leader in continuous motion syringe assembly technology. The equipment can be built to handle any size syringe required and can assemble at speeds ranging from 300 to 700 parts per minute.
All Kahle’s Syringe Assembly Machines come equipped with Kahle brand feeders, either rotary or vibratory, depending on the component and speed requirements. All machines integrate 100% inspection of all assembly and process operations.
